Climateguard Windows and the Federal Energy Tax Credit

ClimateGuard Products, a division of Logan Square Aluminum Supply, Inc. is headquartered at 2500 N. Pulaski Road, Chicago, IL 60639. ClimateGuard manufactures certain exterior windows and doors that, when purchased with optional Low-E glass (Comfort Ti-AC 36TM) and an Argon Gas fill in a double or triple-glazed unit, have a U-factor and Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) less than or equal to 0.30, the requirements outlined in the Federal Tax Credit for Energy Efficiency.

In accordance with the Internal Revenue Notice 2006-26, and to certify the ClimateGuard Window and Door Products for purposes of tax credits available under Section 25C of the Internal Revenue Code (“IRC”), Logan Square Aluminum Supply represents that the following Window and Door Products, when purchased with one of the optional glass packages mentioned below, are “Eligible Building Envelope Component(s)” that qualify for the federal income tax credit allowed under Section 25C of the IRC:
